- Prior experience as a night auditor
- ability to operate office equipment such as computer, phone, copier, and printer
- good knowledge of computerized hotel systems and software
- strong analytical and mathematical skills
- excellent written and verbal communication

- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- maintain calm and professional demeanor in emergency situations
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience as a night auditor
- ability to operate various office equipment
- proficiency in computerized hotel systems and software such as MS Excel and MS Word

Job Duties
- Audit and balance hotel departments including food and beverage, rooms, and front desk
- report financial data accurately and timely
- act as Manager-On-Duty during overnight shifts
- handle guest complaints and emergency situations with diplomacy
- perform front desk duties including express checkouts as needed
- respond promptly to hotel emergencies coordinating with staff
- maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
