- Transform late-night check-ins into warm welcomes
- handle guest requests and inquiries with friendliness and efficiency
- master hotel systems for check-ins and check-outs
- balance daily financial transactions with accuracy
- prepare detailed audit and operational reports
- resolve guest issues promptly to maintain satisfaction
- provide local area information and recommendations
