- At least one year of customer service experience
- Ability to work overnight shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong computer proficiency
- Exceptional communication skills

Job Duties
- Transform late-night check-ins into warm welcomes
- Handle guest requests and ensure exceptional service throughout the night
- Master hotel systems to process check-ins and check-outs smoothly
- Balance daily financial transactions with accuracy
- Prepare detailed financial and operational reports
- Address and resolve guest issues promptly
- Maintain security and safety standards during overnight hours
