Job Duties
- Perform night front desk duties including guest check-ins and check-outs
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Conduct night audits to verify guest accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and issues during the night shift
- Ensure safety and security of hotel premises during overnight hours
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs and ensure seamless experience
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively
