Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work overnight shifts
- Strong communication skills
- Basic accounting skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to respond to emergencies
- Must be detail oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using hotel management software
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.

Job Duties
- Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments
- Inform management of hazardous situations, emergencies or threats to the security of guests, employees or hotel assets
- Respond in a courteous and prompt manner to all guest related incidents, questions, complaints and/or requests to ensure strong guest satisfaction
- Investigate loss and safety incidents involving guests, employees and/or hotel loss and safety exposure and comply with state and government regulations and hotel procedures
- Perform patrolling and inspecting with specified equipment the assigned areas including public areas, meeting rooms, entrances, and outside building and grounds
- Maintain security procedures and audit logs including lost and found, storing guests valuables, key control, and emergency procedures
- Ensure all guest room doors are secured and assist guests with room access and possessions
- Escort staff and guests to their vehicles if requested
- Inspect employee purses, packages, and work identification as designated
- Perform daily hotel security and safety compliance inspections
- Handle deliveries received during non-business hours
- Perform other duties as assigned.
