Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or front desk role preferred
- Ability to work overnight/night shift hours
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer skills including knowledge of hotel software
- Ability to handle financial transactions and balance accounts
- Must be proactive, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hotel front desk or hospitality preferred
- Proficiency with hotel management software and reservation systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of emergency procedures and guest safety protocols
Job Duties
- Process credit card transactions for the day including restaurant, events, and lounge
- Handle phone system calls, transfer calls, and manage reservations
- Verify, balance, and review hotel room availability and transactions
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures
- Administer guest payment policies and identify errors from day shifts
- Prepare folios for the morning departing guests
- Maintain lobby appearance and assist with AM breakfast setup
- Be versed in all hotel emergency procedures
- Monitor hotel safety and abnormal activity during the night
