Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or front desk role preferred
  • Ability to work overnight/night shift hours
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills including knowledge of hotel software
  • Ability to handle financial transactions and balance accounts
  • Must be proactive, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hotel front desk or hospitality preferred
  • Proficiency with hotel management software and reservation systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently during night shifts
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of emergency procedures and guest safety protocols

Job Duties

  • Process credit card transactions for the day including restaurant, events, and lounge
  • Handle phone system calls, transfer calls, and manage reservations
  • Verify, balance, and review hotel room availability and transactions
  • Perform check-in and check-out procedures
  • Administer guest payment policies and identify errors from day shifts
  • Prepare folios for the morning departing guests
  • Maintain lobby appearance and assist with AM breakfast setup
  • Be versed in all hotel emergency procedures
  • Monitor hotel safety and abnormal activity during the night
