Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Customer service experience is required, preferably in a hotel or related field
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work various shifts per week
- Hours are 11 PM to 7 AM with varied shift schedule
- Accounting background is preferred
- Attention to detail and ability to compile facts and figures
- Experience with Briad systems and software
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight
- Must be able to occasionally lift luggage up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferably in hotel or related field
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively and courteously over the phone and in person
- Strong command of English language including speaking, reading, and writing
- Attention to detail and ability to compile facts and figures
- Experience operating office equipment and Briad systems and software
- Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight
- Must be 18 years or older
Job Duties
- Work the desk during overnight hours
- Demonstrate welcoming hospitality to overnight check-ins
- Perform night audit functions
- Satisfy the needs of guests effectively
- Ensure all hotel accounting areas are processed correctly and accurately
- Audit, balance, post and report on front desk, rooms, and food and beverage outlets cash and credit operations
- Reset all registers to ensure accurate and timely function
- Provide rooms management with performance data
- Run the final night audit ensuring all revenue is balanced
- Perform other duties as assigned
