Job Duties
- Conduct nightly audit-related duties balancing cash drawers and daily paperwork
- Provide guest service including guest check-in and check-out
- Make and manage guest reservations
- Answer guest questions and inquiries about hotel services and local information
- Prepare express checkout folios and maintain room status inventory
- Communicate shift information to management and following shifts
- Maintain cleanliness of lobby and bathroom areas
