Job Requirements

  • Must be willing and able to work overnight hours
  • high school diploma or equivalent required
  • ability to speak, read and write English clearly
  • must have prior experience handling money and operating office machines
  • ability to work alone as scheduled
  • strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • must be able to provide courteous and professional guest service
  • must comply with safety and security protocols
  • able to maintain a clean and organized workspace

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in front desk or customer service role preferred
  • strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • ability to work independently overnight
  • proficiency in handling cash and using office equipment
  • knowledge of hospitality industry policies and procedures
  • commitment to exceptional guest service
  • ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with great attention to detail
  • friendly and hospitable demeanor
  • basic food service experience helpful

Job Duties

  • Perform all front desk related functions including checking guests in/out
  • promote sales related programs
  • maintain guest records
  • handle cash transactions
  • audit previous day's receipts to verify and balance entries
  • run reports and verify accuracy of information
  • assist with breakfast setup including food preparation, service, and cleaning
  • ensure guest safety and security during overnight hours
  • provide courteous, efficient, friendly service to all guests
  • respond promptly to inquiries, requests and complaints
  • maintain a positive work environment
  • keep front desk lobby area clean and organized
