Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in hospitality or front desk operations preferred
- ability to work overnight shifts
- strong numerical and clerical skills

- basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software
Job Duties
- Conduct all nightly audit-related duties
- provide guest service at the hotel front desk
- balance audit accounts and complete daily paperwork and shift reports
- attend to guest check-ins and check-outs
- make reservations and answer guest questions
- count cash and maintain accuracy of cash drawer
- check front desk logs for problems and special requests
- greet, register, and assign rooms to guests
- process guest registrations including collecting payment
- prepare express checkout folios
- maintain room status inventory
- communicate shift information to management and desk staff
- maintain and clean lobby and bathroom as needed
- ensure smooth transition of information to following shift
- work closely with hotel departments to ensure customer service quality
- answer inquiries about hotel services and local amenities
- complete required shift paperwork and night audit reports
- perform other duties as assigned by management
