Job Requirements
- Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
- Can-do attitude
- Ability to follow guidelines
- Ability to handle pace and pressure
- Listening, conflict resolution skills
- Communication skills
- Hospitality and guest service orientation
- Age 18 or older
- Willingness to work varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Arrive and clock in on time for every shift worked
- Clock in and out for breaks at designated times
- Provide sufficient notice when calling out for scheduled shifts

- Experience in hospitality or related consumer-facing field preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures
- Ability to work well under stressful and high-pressure situations

- Ability to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use guests' names whenever possible to ensure a welcoming experience
- Contribute to great guest satisfaction scores by collaborating with team members
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of all hotel features and amenities
- Support all groups and events at the hotel
- Answer all incoming calls with friendly service using the approved greeting
- Keep all workspaces clean and well-organized
- Assist in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Greet guests warmly while cleaning
- Complete all operational checklists with 100% accuracy and on time
- Submit accurate and timely shift handover reports
- Wear clean, approved uniform and maintain grooming standards
- Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
- Demonstrate a willing attitude to exceed role expectations
- Collaborate with team to create a welcoming environment
- Complete all hotel audit-related reports punctually
- Follow overnight security protocols including locking exterior entrances
- Manage procedures for late arriving guests
- Handle safety and security issues according to protocol
- Receive and document incoming mail as required
