Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous night audit or hotel front desk experience preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- basic math proficiency
- knowledge of safety and security protocols
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- ability to work overnight shifts
- familiarity with computer systems including reservation software

- Greet and register guests
- complete night audit reports and balance accounts
- manage reservations and perform hotel operator duties
- conduct security walks and ensure safety compliance
- handle guest complaints professionally
- perform front desk responsibilities including cash control and deposits
- assist in training new staff
