Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures
- Capacity to work well under stressful and high-pressure situations
- Effective listening, conflict resolution and communication skills
- Desire to serve and provide excellent guest service
- Willingness to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
- Punctuality with clock-in and clock-out times
- Adherence to scheduled breaks
- Notification to supervisor with sufficient notice for call outs
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical work
- Ability to operate computer and office equipment
- Proficiency in English language
- Ability to pass any required background or security checks if applicable

- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods, bending, lifting up to 25 pounds, and operating office equipment
- Proficient in reading, writing, understanding and communicating in English
Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use guests' names whenever possible to enhance their experience
- Work collaboratively with team members to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations promptly with a sense of urgency and hospitality
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities, amenities, and events
- Answer all incoming calls with friendly service using the approved greeting
- Complete all hotel audit-related reports accurately and on time per overnight checklist
- Follow overnight security measures including locking exterior entrances and handling late arrivals
- Receive and document all incoming mail as required
- Maintain sparkling clean workspaces both front and back of house
- Participate in cleaning guest rooms and public areas as needed
- Adhere to all operational checklists with 100% accuracy
- Submit timely and accurate shift handover reports
- Wear a clean, approved uniform and maintain a well-groomed appearance
- Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
- Exhibit a positive, can-do attitude and be willing to go beyond traditional role requirements
- Collaborate with all team members to create a welcoming guest environment and positive workplace
