Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of experience in hospitality or related field
  • Ability to work late and overnight shifts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in basic arithmetic and financial data handling
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Must be attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Must maintain professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards
  • Willingness to cross train in various hotel operations
  • Ability to work in sedentary role
  • Must comply with company policies and standards

Job Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • One year of progressive experience in hotel or related field
  • Guest service experience preferred
  • Computer literacy and strong data entry skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including overnight shifts
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards
  • Friendly and service-oriented demeanor
  • Willingness to cross-train in other hotel departments

Job Duties

  • Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports
  • Prepare and distribute daily and month-end management reports
  • Audit and reconcile all Front Desk and Food & Beverage cashier's work
  • Consolidate and transmit all credit card transactions timely
  • Perform guest service agent functions including check-in, check-out, reservations, and switchboard operations
  • Input and update financial data into corporate systems
  • Communicate operational or financial anomalies to management
  • Ensure accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions
  • Handle guest requests and respond to governmental inquiries
  • Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
