Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in front desk or customer service preferred
- strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- knowledge of hospitality policies and procedures is a plus
- ability to operate office machines and handle cash accurately
- excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, hospitable demeanor
Job Duties
- perform all front desk related functions including checking guests in and out
- promote sales related programs
- maintain guest records
- handle cash and audit previous day’s receipts
- run reports and verify accuracy of information
- assist with breakfast setup including food preparation, service, and cleaning
- ensure guest safety and security during overnight hours
- respond promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests, and complaints with a +1 Service Attitude
- maintain a positive work environment for team members and guests
