Job Requirements

  • ability to provide courteous and efficient service under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in front desk or customer service preferred
  • strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • knowledge of hospitality policies and procedures is a plus
  • ability to operate office machines and handle cash accurately
  • excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, hospitable demeanor

Job Duties

  • perform all front desk related functions including checking guests in and out
  • promote sales related programs
  • maintain guest records
  • handle cash and audit previous day’s receipts
  • run reports and verify accuracy of information
  • assist with breakfast setup including food preparation, service, and cleaning
  • ensure guest safety and security during overnight hours
  • respond promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests, and complaints with a +1 Service Attitude
  • maintain a positive work environment for team members and guests
