Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of experience providing service directly to the public
- Must be available for overnight shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to perform basic math quickly and accurately
- Dependable with consistent attendance
- Ability to manage time independently
- Maintain a neat and clean personal appearance
- Must meet physical requirements of light work including standing and repetitive motions
- Drug-free workplace compliance
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of customer service principles including assessing needs and evaluating satisfaction
- Familiarity with administrative and clerical procedures including computer use and handling multi-line telephone systems
- Understanding of standard cash handling procedures
- Ability to listen actively and communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of experience providing direct public service
- Previous night audit, accounting, or similar experience preferred
Job Duties
- Audit nightly financial transactions and prepare reports
- Balance daily accounts and ensure accuracy
- Provide customer service to arriving, departing, and in-house guests
- Follow all company and hotel policies and procedures
- Handle cash and credit transactions securely
- Use computer systems such as Microsoft Word and Excel for administrative tasks
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance during shifts
