Job Duties
- perform front desk related functions including checking guests in and out
- promote sales related programs
- maintain guest records
- handle cash transactions and balancing
- audit previous day receipts and verify accuracy
- run reports and verify information
- assist with breakfast setup including food preparation, service, and cleaning
- ensure guest safety and security during overnight hours
- respond promptly and efficiently to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints
- maintain a clean and organized front desk lobby area
