Job Duties

  • perform front desk related functions including checking guests in and out
  • promote sales related programs
  • maintain guest records
  • handle cash transactions and balancing
  • audit previous day receipts and verify accuracy
  • run reports and verify information
  • assist with breakfast setup including food preparation, service, and cleaning
  • ensure guest safety and security during overnight hours
  • respond promptly and efficiently to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints
  • maintain a clean and organized front desk lobby area
