Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience in hotel or related field
- Ability to work flexible, including overnight shifts
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Willingness to cross-train in multiple hotel functions
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Maintain regular attendance and adherence to hotel standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of progressive experience in hotel or related field preferred
- Guest service experience preferred
- Strong computer knowledge and skills
- Ability to work flexible and overnight hours
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines
- Friendly, courteous, and service-oriented demeanor
- Ability to maintain professional appearance and grooming standards
Job Duties
- Audit and reconcile all hotel cashier transactions
- Prepare and distribute daily and month-end financial and management reports
- Perform guest service agent duties including check-in, check-out, reservations and switchboard operation
- Communicate operational, financial, and management concerns to hotel leadership
- Ensure accuracy of guest billing and city ledger transactions
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and guest information
- Cross-train in other accounting or hotel-related areas to support operational needs
