Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Ability to work overnight shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills with ability to use a 10-key calculator
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
- Must adhere to hotel policies and procedures
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Availability to work flexible schedules as needed
Job Qualifications
- Minimum one year of hotel front desk experience or customer service experience
- Experience with Opera system preferred
- Proficient in math with ability to make accurate calculations
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional guest service using service brand behavior
- Ensure accurate and timely recording and reporting of all property receipts
- Follow cash handling procedures as outlined by the accounting department
- Collect payment at check out and provide change for guests as needed
- Perform end of day front desk and night audit functions, including reviewing cashier audits for accuracy and balancing credit card postings
- Maintain computer database integrity and prepare computer systems for the following day
- Prepare, balance, post, and distribute all necessary reports on a daily basis
- Interact professionally with all guests and assist other departments as needed
- Create 100 percent guest satisfaction by demonstrating genuine hospitality and exceeding guest expectations
