Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate
- 1-2 years GSR Front Desk Agent experience
- fluency in English both verbal and non-verbal
- ability to compute basic arithmetic
- valid identification that establishes identity
- valid identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
- TAM Card

Job Duties
- Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures, and standards
- maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment, using equipment only as intended
- anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests regardless of workload or time
- maintain positive guest relations at all times
- resolve guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction
- maintain complete knowledge of all hotel features/services, hours of operation, room types, numbers, layout, location, rates, special packages, and promotions
- monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of work areas
- pick up, count and maintain bank, securing bank at all times
- read and respond to pertinent information in the logbook and emails
- process payments to guest accounts
- process adjustments, rebates, paid outs, and credits as required
- operate Property Management System (PMS) – LMS and maintain system security
- verify closing of all tickets against folios and log open tickets in the POS Micros system
- run audit for comp accounting for the property
- audit rooms cashier’s work and correct discrepancies
- audit all miscellaneous incidental charges/postings/tickets from outlets
- verify package postings on package folios
- run Room & Tax verifying all room rates posted
- verify cashier’s report to drop log and paperwork
- record room statistics with reports in LMS
- close PMS after all work is balanced
- run end of day program and close day
- check that interfaces are running
- run daily flash reports and distribute accordingly
- run morning reports and backup reports and distribute accordingly
- sign out and brief next shift
- review night audit checklist verifying all work has been completed
