Job Requirements

- prior experience in hospitality or hotel front desk roles preferred
- ability to work overnight shifts

Job Duties
- Closing reports at the end of each night
- maintain responsibility and accountability for the hotel property and the safety of guests
- have authority for the hotel operations while on duty
- have a working knowledge of reservations procedures, take reservations, and know cancellation procedures and Walk Policy
- checking in guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- answer guest questions and ensure an enjoyable stay
- collaborate effectively with the team to provide excellent guest service
