Job Requirements
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Previous guest service or front desk hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to speak and hear in English
- Ability to perform close and distance vision tasks
- Capable of frequent sitting with walking and standing
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
- Frequent use of manual dexterity and gross motor skills
- Able to work overtime and/or irregular hours
Job Qualifications
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Previous guest service or front desk hospitality experience preferred
- Strong math skills and ability to work math problems quickly and accurately
- Proficient in using computers and related equipment
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to report financial information clearly
Job Duties
- Perform all audit procedures as set forth by the hotel and company daily
- Verify the status of all wake-up call requests and ensure they are properly handled
- Balance all cash receipts and work performed during the audit shift and make deposits of cash
- Prepare the front office for the ‘A’ shift and reset day’s business
- Act as a guest service representative and manager on duty during the night time hours
- Act as PBX operator during the audit shift
- Attend and actively participate in all front office meetings
- Participate in all training and cross training programs
- Take the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner
- Perform other duties as assigned
