Job Requirements
- Proficient in administration of applicable property management systems
- Ability to respond quickly and appropriately to emergency situations
- Experience in accurate cash handling and credit card processing
- Capable of maintaining security of confidential information
- Ability to pass certification tests to meet brand standards
- Experience working with computer data entry
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods

Job Duties
- Execute guest reservation, check-in, check-out, payment, and service procedures in compliance with brand quality assurance standards
- Maintain a friendly and hospitable attitude with guests and team members and be present at the desk during all hours
- Acquire and maintain knowledge of local attractions and amenities to provide information to guests
- Ensure collections, including credit card and direct bill, are executed according to company policies
- Maintain proper control over keys, safe deposits, and all company and guest property
- Monitor competitor occupancy and rates to optimize pricing
- Complete all required documentation in a timely manner
- Quote daily rates accurately and issue credits as necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned to support guest satisfaction
