Job Requirements
- Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be able to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures
- Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
- Must be effective at listening, understanding, clarifying, and resolving concerns of co-workers and guests
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must have a desire to serve all guests
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be willing to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must arrive and clock in on time for every shift and clock out at scheduled shift ending time unless directed otherwise
- Must clock in and out for breaks at designated times
- Must provide sufficient notice when calling out for a scheduled shift

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use guests' names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcome
- Work together to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of all hotel features and amenities
- Support all hotel events and groups
- Understand and use relevant technology for the role
- Answer all incoming calls using approved friendly greetings
- Keep all workspaces clean and well-organized
- Participate in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Greet guests while cleaning with a smile and by name if possible
- Complete all operational checklists accurately and on time every shift
- Prepare accurate and timely shift handover reports
- Wear a clean approved uniform and maintain proper grooming
- Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude and willingness to meet business and guest needs
- Collaborate to create a welcoming environment and positive workplace
- Complete all audit-related reports as per overnight checklist and schedule
- Follow overnight security measures, including locking exterior entrances and handling safety issues
- Receive and note all incoming mail according to daily checklists
