Job Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience in a hospitality or similar environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays and Sundays, Mondays and holidays
- Strong accounting principles and attention to detail, with a proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Excellent time management and self-supervision skills, ensuring tasks are completed on time and accurately
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Additional education or training in accounting or hospitality is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook preferred

Job Duties
- Balance and reconcile all daily financial transactions, including guest accounts, food and beverage outlets, and front office accounts
- Prepare and distribute daily reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Process guest payments and ensure proper credit card and key control procedures are followed
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service
- Respond to guest requests such as wake-up calls and express check-out bills
- Maintain accurate and confidential guest records, adhering to all data security protocols
- Provide accounting support to the hotel, ensuring accurate revenue posting and daily guest ledger reconciliation
- Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient guest service
- Follow all established policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and secure work environment
