Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in luxury hotel or hospitality industry
- Availability to work full-time including morning and evening shifts
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to assist guests with diverse requests

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service
- Make reservations via phone call
- Process payments and deposits
- Run night audit report
- Maintain front office cleanliness and organization
- Assist with all guest requests promptly
- Handle late arrivals and early departures including paperwork, car, luggage, concierge assistance, escorting guests to accommodations
- Perform other related duties as assigned
