Job Qualifications

- one year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
- guest service experience preferred

Job Duties
- Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports
- prepare and distribute daily and month-end reports according to hotel standards
- perform guest services including check-in, check-out, taking reservations and managing switchboard
- audit and reconcile all front desk and food and beverage cashier work
- audit, reconcile, consolidate, and transmit all credit card transactions timely
- prioritize job functions to meet deadlines
- keep management informed of unusual operational or financial events or policy deviations
- ensure overall guest satisfaction
- respond to governmental inquiries
- handle guest requests
