Job Duties

  • Conduct all audit procedures in accordance with hotel and company standards on a daily basis
  • Verify and confirm the status of all wake-up call requests, ensuring proper handling and follow-up
  • Balance and reconcile all cash receipts and transactions completed during the audit shift, and ensure cash deposits are made promptly
  • Prepare the front office for the upcoming shift, resetting systems and operations for the day's business
  • Serve as a Guest Service representative and act as Manager on Duty during overnight hours, ensuring a seamless guest experience
  • Function as PBX operator during the audit shift, managing communication duties effectively
  • Participate in all front office meetings with an active and collaborative approach
  • Engage in all training and cross-training opportunities, continually enhancing skill sets
  • Proactively greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor, ensuring a positive guest experience
  • Other duties as assigned by the leader
