- ability to work morning and evening shifts

- proficiency with reservation and payment processing systems

Job Duties
- excellent customer service
- making reservations via phone call
- processing payments and deposits
- responsible for running night audit report
- responsible for front office cleanliness-organizing the office and restocking items
- assisting with all guest requests before or while in-house promptly
- assist with late arrivals and early departures
- paperwork, car, luggage, concierge assistance, walking guests to their accommodations
- assists with other tasks assigned by supervisors or management
