Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one year of progressive experience in hotel or related field
- guest service experience preferred
- computer knowledge and skills required
- flexible to work long and overnight shifts
- able to perform sedentary work involving light physical effort
- effective verbal and written communication skills
- ability to multitask and prioritize duties
- maintain a warm and friendly demeanor
- ability to handle and solve problems proactively
- attendance at required meetings and trainings

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Reconciling all hotel cashier transactions
- reviewing, organizing, and compiling management reports on time
- ensuring accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions
- performing guest service duties including check-in, check-out, switchboard operation, and reservations
- auditing and reconciling financial and statistical reports
- preparing and distributing daily and month-end reports
- auditing and reconciling front desk and food and beverage cashier's work
- consolidating and transmitting credit card transactions promptly
- inputting and updating financial information into the corporate network
- communicating operational or financial issues to management
- ensuring overall guest satisfaction
- responding to governmental inquiries
- handling guest requests
