Job Requirements
- Passion for the people, place, and culture of our community
- minimum of one year of experience in guest/customer service for luxury goods or services or comparable combination of education and experience
- professional proficiency of the English language in reading, writing and verbal communication
- valid driver’s license and successful completion of Motor Vehicle Report required to assist in parking guest vehicles
- intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs for handling guest luggage
- ability to push a bell cart with guest luggage up to 100 lbs
- ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of guest/customer service experience in luxury goods or services or a comparable combination of education and experience
- professional proficiency in English reading, writing, and verbal communication
- ability to operate and master hotel property management and point of sale systems
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word

- physical ability to lift 50 lbs and push bell carts with luggage up to 100 lbs
- valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Report

- flexibility to work overnight and weekend shifts
Job Duties
- Complete night audit procedures in PMS and POS by running specified reports, including balancing checklist to reconcile room inventory, comps, and voids report with appropriate backup
- follow and complete night audit checklist and prepare the night audit packet, emailing reports as needed, including distribution of the daily financial report
- communicate with Accounting Team and Food & Beverage leadership regarding End of Day reporting
- prepare the Daily Line Up report
- demonstrate passion and genuine care for all aspects of a guest’s experience, handling all interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
- own all aspects of a guest's experience from beginning to end by ensuring accurate reservation details, inviting arrival, recommending local experiences, and seamless departure, ascertaining satisfaction throughout and adjusting as necessary
- accommodate special requests whenever possible, even breaking protocol if needed for guest benefit
- serve as the tour guide for all hotel experiences a guest may encounter, using intuition to personalize experiences
- demonstrate mastery of hotel systems to ensure accurate information input and respond through various guest communication channels
- ensure all guest requests are delivered and no aspect overlooked to provide seamless experience
- prioritize guest satisfaction, adapting actions dynamically and acting as bellman, valet, or greeter as required
- display professionalism and discretion in all guest interactions, maintaining calm and engaging presence
- demonstrate expert knowledge of service standards and independently remedy guest concerns while proactively suggesting improvements
- collaborate effectively with coworkers and other departments to ensure guest needs are met
- seize opportunities to exceed expectations by assisting guests, helping coworkers, cross-training, or fulfilling manager requests
- maintain and adhere to hotel policies regarding cash bank and make daily deposits with accurate receipt reports
