Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to lift and carry 25 pounds
- Ability to work night shifts
- Familiarity with hotel front desk operations and procedures
- Knowledge of emergency and safety protocols
- Proficiency with property management systems
- Adherence to company policies and appearance standards
- Valid certification if applicable for alcohol service

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hotel front desk or night audit preferred
- Strong knowledge of property management systems and accounting procedures
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Proficient in English with clear reading and writing abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively during night shifts
- Familiarity with hotel safety, security, and emergency procedures
- Basic computer skills and experience with standard office software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds.
Job Duties
- Represent the hotel to the guest through sales and customer service functions related to registrations, reservations, and revenue collections
- Act as Manager on Duty and respond promptly to guest requests during late evening and early morning hours
- Provide the highest quality of service to guests at all times anticipating and exceeding their needs
- Greet and register guests, provide room assignments, and accommodate special requests
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally
- Maintain hotel safety and security during the night shift
- Communicate effectively with management staff and other departments regarding guest needs, special requests, and unusual occurrences
- Prepare and maintain various operational and security reports
- Use property management and accounting systems to post charges, process payments, and balance revenue
- Attend to special guest service requests including securing valuables and delivering amenities
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and orderly public and business areas
- Promote repeat business by taking future reservations and providing sales leads to the sales department
- Follow approved safety, appearance, and operational procedures at all times.
