- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work overnight shifts from 11pm to 7am on weekends
- strong attention to detail
- excellent English communication skills
- ability to work alone and take direction both written and verbal
- ability to maintain a warm and friendly demeanor
- knowledge of safety and security protocols
- capability to handle cash transactions accurately
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hospitality or front desk roles preferred
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- proficiency in handling cash and using office equipment
- strong customer service skills
- knowledge of hotel policies and procedures
Job Duties
- perform all front desk related functions including checking guests in and out
- promote sales related programs
- maintain guest records
- handle cash and cash transactions
- audit previous day's receipts to verify and balance entries
- run reports and verify accuracy of information
- assist with breakfast setup including food preparation, service and cleaning
- ensure guest safety and security during overnight hours
- respond promptly and efficiently to guest inquiries, requests and complaints
- maintain front desk lobby area in a clean and organized manner
