Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work overnight shifts from 11pm to 7am on weekends
  • strong attention to detail
  • excellent English communication skills
  • ability to work alone and take direction both written and verbal
  • ability to maintain a warm and friendly demeanor
  • knowledge of safety and security protocols
  • capability to handle cash transactions accurately

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in hospitality or front desk roles preferred
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • proficiency in handling cash and using office equipment
  • strong customer service skills
  • knowledge of hotel policies and procedures

Job Duties

  • perform all front desk related functions including checking guests in and out
  • promote sales related programs
  • maintain guest records
  • handle cash and cash transactions
  • audit previous day's receipts to verify and balance entries
  • run reports and verify accuracy of information
  • assist with breakfast setup including food preparation, service and cleaning
  • ensure guest safety and security during overnight hours
  • respond promptly and efficiently to guest inquiries, requests and complaints
  • maintain front desk lobby area in a clean and organized manner
