- At least 1 year of experience in hotel or related field
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- knowledge of accounting principles
- proficiency with Windows operating systems
- strong problem-solving skills

- ability to maintain composure under pressure

Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field
- high School diploma or equivalent
- college coursework in a related field helpful
- previous supervisory responsibility preferred

- proficient in Windows operating systems and company-approved spreadsheets and word processing
- ability to problem solve and troubleshoot guest issues
