Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least two years of experience in a related hospitality or front desk role
- previous experience supervising a team preferred
- strong communication and customer service skills
- ability to work overnight shifts including weekends and holidays
- attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- professional appearance and demeanor

Job Duties
- Supervise and support the overnight front desk team to ensure exceptional guest service and adherence to hotel standards
- serve as the senior point of contact during overnight shifts managing all guest interactions professionally
- support and coach night audit agents and front desk staff on guest service standards operational procedures and problem resolution
- monitor lobby presence and ensure the front desk area is clean organized and guest ready
- perform night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial activity and ensure proper revenue posting across all outlets
- review and balance room revenue restaurant and outlet charges and front desk postings
- prepare daily summary reports including occupancy revenue and market segmentation
- monitor and resolve discrepancies in guest folios and billing
- maintain the security and safety of the hotel by supporting overnight security efforts and responding to any incidents as needed
- connect with engineering and housekeeping teams at the start of each shift to align on pending tasks room statuses and any operational needs
- ensure a smooth shift transition by preparing shift reports and updating communication logs
- handle late check-ins early check-outs room changes and emergency situations with professionalism
- address and resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and effectively
- train guide and support new or existing team members during night shifts
