Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous night audit or accounting experience or equivalent training required
- computer knowledge including Excel and arithmetic skills required
- FSD certification is a plus and required within 90 days of employment
- 1 to 3 years of related experience

Job Duties
- Perform bookkeeping activities such as balancing accounts and conducting nightly audits
- keep records of room availability and guests' accounts manually or using computers
- prepare and distribute daily reports
- supervise and train any night auditor working same shift
- audit and reconcile cashiers
- resolve guest complaints and concerns by conducting thorough research and determining effective solutions
- be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall satisfaction
