Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with hotel front desk or night auditor duties preferred
- Familiarity with Opera or similar hotel management software
- Ability to work overnight shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong customer service orientation
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle financial transactions securely
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in front desk or night audit role preferred
- Proficiency with hotel management software, particularly Opera
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and handle guest inquiries efficiently
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Problem-solving skills to resolve guest complaints effectively
Job Duties
- Register guests and maintain accurate reservation records
- Process guest check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide excellent guest service and promptly respond to guest needs and complaints
- Maintain guest history files and document requests or issues
- Manage assigned bank and secure contracted monies
- Communicate with other shifts to coordinate guest service continuity
- Prepare and process end-of-day reports and financial reconciliations
