Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hospitality or related customer service role preferred
- ability to perform accurate cash handling and accounting duties
- basic computer proficiency
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work night shifts and manage multiple tasks
- strong organizational skills
- compliance with grooming and attendance policies
- ability to work independently and follow instructions
- physical ability to stand and move for extended periods

- capability to operate office and front desk equipment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in hospitality industry preferred
- experience in front desk or customer service role preferred
- accounting experience preferred
- good communication skills, verbal and written
- excellent leadership and customer relations skills
- strong organizational and detail orientation
- basic computer and computational skills
- knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, PMS, PBX, key systems, and POS
- self-driven and able to work independently
- strong issue resolution and analytical skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Job Duties
- Acts as the manager on duty during night-time hours
- greets and welcomes guests upon arrival
- performs guest registration and checkout procedures
- accepts payment for guest accounts at registration and checkout
- maintains a house bank and prepares daily deposit reports
- cashes checks and exchanges currency for guests
- accurately handles cash transactions and balances cash drawer
- acknowledges rewards members and returning guests
- manages guest bookings and up-selling opportunities
- handles cash and credit transactions
- responds to guest inquiries courteously and professionally
- performs daily audit procedures as required
- completes daily, comp, pace, and other reports
- balances cash receipts and makes deposits
- prepares front office for AM shift and resets day business
- maintains nightly reports and informs management of incidents
- operates PBX and transmits messages
- ensures timely and proper wake-up calls
- assists or directs guests and emergency personnel as needed
- posts charges manually or electronically
- makes restaurant, transportation, or entertainment reservations
- reviews arrival reports and verifies special requests
- attends all training and meetings
- maintains awareness of promotions, activities, VIP arrivals, and special requests
- practices and enforces safe work habits
- follows privacy and security protocols
- answers inquiries about hotel services
- maintains knowledge of hotel and city attractions
- maintains lobby cleanliness and organization
- assists with reservations and mail handling
- performs other duties as assigned
