Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hotel front desk preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to perform cashiering duties
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a warm and welcoming check-in experience
- Manage registration process including confirming guest information and providing room keys
- Display empathy and active listening skills to understand and respond to guest needs
- Tailor guest interactions based on preferences and available data
- Provide accurate information regarding hotel services and amenities
- Address and resolve guest issues compassionately with service recovery
- Perform general cashiering and nightly hotel accounting reports
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations
- Complete end-of-day reconciliation and close business reports
- Prepare detailed pass-down reports for the next shift
