Job Duties
- Perform front desk duties such as guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift
- process guest payments and maintain accurate records
- conduct night audits to verify accuracy of guest accounts and resolve discrepancies
- assist guests with inquiries, requests, and issues during the night
- ensure safety and security of hotel premises overnight
- provide exceptional customer service and create a positive atmosphere
- collaborate with other departments to address guest needs and ensure seamless experience
- maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively
