Job Requirements
- Must have past supervisory experience
- must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- must possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record
- must be able to work full night and evening shifts
- must be able to travel between multiple sites during shifts
- ability to conduct hands on training
- must adhere to all safety and security policies
- must be able to work Monday to Friday full-time
- ability to manage and order inventory
Job Qualifications
- Past supervisory experience
- bilingual in English and Spanish
- valid driver's license with a good driving record
- strong organizational and communication skills
- ability to use company software for tracking and reporting
- experience in janitorial or facility services is preferred
- ability to work night and evening shifts
Job Duties
- Scheduling and supervising field cleaning crews at school campuses
- hands on training
- multiple site visits per night in company provided vehicles for quality assurance
- manage and order inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies
- tracking employee hours and pay using company software and provided technology
- working closely with branch managers to ensure cleaning tasks and special projects are completed daily
- observing and following facility and company security and safety rules
- other tasks and administrative duties
