Job Requirements
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Must have past supervisory experience
- Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Ability to work full hours during evening and night shifts
- Must be able to perform hands on training and supervise field crews
- Must be willing to travel to multiple sites during shifts
- Must follow facility and company security and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Past supervisory experience
- Ability to manage multiple sites effectively
- Proficient with company software for tracking hours and payroll
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Good driving record
Job Duties
- Scheduling and supervising in field cleaning crews
- Hands on training
- Multiple site visits per night in company provided vehicle for quality assurance
- Manage / order inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies
- Tracking employee hours and pay using company software and provided technology
- Working closely with branch managers to ensure cleaning tasks and special projects are completed daily
- Observing and following facility and company security and safety rules
- Other tasks and administrative duties
