Job Requirements
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Must be able to work full hours
- Past supervisory experience
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Ability to work evening and night shifts
- Availability to work Monday through Friday
- Must work in person

- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites effectively
- Proficiency with company software and technology for tracking hours and payroll
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment and inventory management
- Understanding of safety and security protocols
Job Duties
- Scheduling and supervising in field cleaning crews at school campuses
- Hands on training
- Multiple site visits per night in company provided vehicle for quality assurance
- Manage / order inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies
- Tracking employee hours and pay using company software and provided technology
- Working closely with branch managers to ensure cleaning tasks and special projects are completed daily
- Observing and following facility and company security and safety rules
- Other tasks and administrative duties
