Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- six months to one year of related experience and/or training
- or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- ability to write reports and simple correspondence
- ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- basic math concepts including addition, subtraction, division, multiplication, weights and measures
- food handler's certification as required by state law

Job Duties
- Delivers superior guest service and ensures absolute customer satisfaction
- learns and uses the three E's: engagement, educate, empowerment
- reads and follows recipes
- produces daily pre-ferments for breads
- produces daily dough and baked goods
- uses all equipment needed to produce baked goods
- scales, shapes, and forms bread and rolls
- proofs, bakes and sells bread and rolls
- plans next day's production
- follows all health code guidelines
- follows all store and department policies and procedures
- follows all safety policies and procedures
- is a safety role model
- performs other duties as assigned
