Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum age of 18
1 or more years of bartending experience
Outgoing friendly and professional demeanor
Punctual self-motivated and able to handle high-volume situations
Well-groomed appearance
Possession of Texas Food Handlers certification
TABC certification

Job Duties

Welcome guests with a warm and inviting demeanor
Efficiently serve drink orders with flair and precision
Create delightful mixes showcasing expertise behind the bar
Maintain a clean and organized bar area
Keep a watchful eye on the lobby providing attentive service
Engage and entertain guests during wait times
Handle cash and credit card transactions professionally
Collect cash from employees ensuring financial accuracy
Assist in the dessert-making station
Collaborate in weekly inventory tasks
Manage to-go orders with attention to detail
Engage in cleaning and side work
