Job Requirements
- MD or DO degree
- Board certification or eligibility in orthopedic surgery
- Active Illinois medical license
- Active or obtainable DEA license
- Ability to handle complex pelvic and acetabular reconstruction
- Experience with general orthopedic trauma
- Commitment to compassionate patient care
- CPR certification preferred
Job Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board certification or board eligible in orthopedic surgery
- Ability to obtain or possession of active Illinois medical license
- Active DEA license or ability to apply prior to hire
- Strong clinical skills in trauma and complex reconstructive orthopedic procedures
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Provide orthopedic surgical care including complex pelvic and acetabular reconstruction
- Manage a variety of general trauma cases
- Participate in a 1:5 clinical call schedule
- Respond to emergency department calls once weekly
- Collaborate with a network of over 280 referring providers
- Engage in academic activities if appointed
- Maintain compliance with medical and hospital policies
