Job Requirements

  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Basic math skills

  • Ability to organize and coordinate multiple priorities

  • Ability to ice skate
  • Ability to work outdoors for extended periods
  • Ability to stand or sit for long periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to withstand cold weather conditions

Job Duties

  • Maintain control of the ice and ensure all guests follow safety instructions and rink rules
  • Assist guests with transporting and storing recreational equipment
  • Answer questions regarding skating activities, directions, concerns, or preferences
  • Assist guests with First Aid or emergencies on the ice or surrounding area
  • Keep records of all guest recreation equipment and maintain equipment log book
  • Ensure a clean and safe area for guests following established procedures
  • Resolve minor guest concerns
  • Perform other assigned duties
