Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Maintain control of the ice and ensure all guests follow safety instructions and rink rules
- Assist guests with transporting and storing recreational equipment
- Answer questions regarding skating activities, directions, concerns, or preferences
- Assist guests with First Aid or emergencies on the ice or surrounding area
- Keep records of all guest recreation equipment and maintain equipment log book
- Ensure a clean and safe area for guests following established procedures
- Resolve minor guest concerns
- Perform other assigned duties
