Job Requirements

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation
- Ability to remain stationary for up to 6 hours during events with or without accommodation
- Two or more years in a customer-facing leadership role
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record meeting insurance requirements

- Valid driver's license and driving record meeting company insurance requirements
- Associates degree preferred
- Experience in event marketing, field marketing, sales, or lead generation preferred
- Strong negotiation, recruiting, and training skills preferred
- Self-starter with the ability to manage and develop others
- Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Job Duties
- Identify, develop, and own event-based marketing initiatives to generate qualified sales leads for NewSouth Window Solutions
- Identify, negotiate, and attend various events including trade shows, fairs, festivals, and community events to drive lead generation in the full geographic market
- Manage budget forecasting, inventory management, and maintain approved budget
- Exceed sales lead quotas based on established key performance indicators
- Recruit, hire, train, and manage the ongoing development and performance of the event marketing team
- Schedule and manage event representatives to ensure full staffing of the event calendar
- Collaborate with branch operations, marketing, and sales teams to grow brand presence within the market
- Track and report event metrics to evaluate team and individual performance
- Travel up to 40 percent to support event execution
- Work weekends and evenings as needed to support scheduled events
