Job Requirements
- be at least 21 years old
- have a minimum of 3 years flying experience with a major international airline
- have proven leadership experience in cabin crew roles
- holds a valid passport
- possess legal right to work in the US
- be fluent in English
- able to pass comprehensive medical and background checks
- willing to complete paid leadership training in Istanbul
- flexible to work variable hours including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
- proven leadership experience in a purser or senior crew role
- fluency in English
- legal right to work in the US
- valid passport
- ability to pass medical and background checks
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- fluency in Turkish is a significant advantage
Job Duties
- lead pre-flight safety and service briefings for cabin crew
- manage inflight crew performance and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- handle escalated passenger issues and in-flight emergencies with authority and empathy
- complete all necessary inflight documentation and reporting
- maintain consistent delivery of award-winning inflight service
- act as main liaison between flight deck and cabin crew
- provide clear direction and support to cabin crew team
