Job Requirements

  • be at least 21 years old
  • have a minimum of 3 years flying experience with a major international airline
  • have proven leadership experience in cabin crew roles
  • holds a valid passport
  • possess legal right to work in the US
  • be fluent in English
  • able to pass comprehensive medical and background checks
  • willing to complete paid leadership training in Istanbul
  • flexible to work variable hours including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
  • proven leadership experience in a purser or senior crew role
  • fluency in English
  • legal right to work in the US
  • valid passport
  • ability to pass medical and background checks
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • fluency in Turkish is a significant advantage

Job Duties

  • lead pre-flight safety and service briefings for cabin crew
  • manage inflight crew performance and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • handle escalated passenger issues and in-flight emergencies with authority and empathy
  • complete all necessary inflight documentation and reporting
  • maintain consistent delivery of award-winning inflight service
  • act as main liaison between flight deck and cabin crew
  • provide clear direction and support to cabin crew team
