Job Requirements

  • be at least 21 years old
  • have minimum 3 years flight attendant experience with a major international airline
  • possess legal right to work in the US
  • hold a valid passport
  • fluent in English
  • willingness and ability to complete paid cabin senior leadership training in Istanbul
  • full flexibility for variable roster including day, night, weekends, and public holidays
  • pass comprehensive medical and background checks

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
  • proven leadership experience such as acting as purser or senior cabin crew role
  • fluent in English
  • fluency in Turkish is an advantage
  • legal right to work in the US
  • valid passport
  • ability to pass medical and background checks

Job Duties

  • lead the overall inflight cabin operation and ensure safety and security
  • conduct pre-flight safety and service briefings for cabin crew
  • manage crew performance and regulatory compliance
  • handle escalated passenger issues and in-flight emergencies with authority and empathy
  • oversee all in-flight documentation and reporting
  • provide leadership and support to cabin crew team
  • maintain world-class hospitality and service standards
